All requests must be made in writing, including as much detail as possible about how the image(s) will be used. If possible, please use the Online Image Request Form. The form may be submitted online, or printed and sent by fax or mail to the contact listed below.
Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible to inform you of image availability and fees. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Payments may be made in U.S. dollars by Cashier's check, check drawn on a U.S. bank, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
If you decide to proceed with an order, you may pay by credit card over the phone, or an invoice will be sent to you and the order will be completed upon receipt of payment. Please let us know up front of any deadlines you may have, although most orders are processed on the same day payment is received.
