Artist Ryan Fox teaches watercolor batik, a process that uses watercolor paint and wax, to create unique and beautiful paintings on Japanese rice paper. Suitable for beginners and experienced painters, the class involves drawing, creating highlights and shadows, and masking areas of the paper with wax. Each artist will create a 12-by-16-inch batik painting.
